![]() ![]() "No one would have believed in the last years of the nineteenth century that this world was being watched keenly and closely by intelligences greater than man's and yet as mortal as his own; that as men busied themselves about their various concerns they were scrutinized and studied, perhaps almost as narrowly as a man with a microscope might scrutinize the transient creatures that swarm and multiply in a drop of water." So begins the War Of The Worlds, By Herbert George Wells, 1898. Introduction As strange as it may seem to most Americans, the 20th Century's quests for world domination are far from over. Just as Wells described in the beginning of War of the Worlds, so to0 are we busy with our various selfish concerns, all the while watched from afar! Evil is still with us even today! Repression and conquest remain alive in our modern world still today. Just as we saw the fall of the old Soviet, we see the maturing of ever more dangerous foes. Contrary to what many say on our American "Left", the American Government IS NOT THAT THREAT! But the threat is out there, and it is very real! For the United States - which is the ONE TRUE stabilizing force in this world - the threats are just as great now as they were back in 1935, just before the Second World War. And again, not just on one front, but many. Strangely, after so much progress and prosperity, most of which was created by America, our world may be heading back to the brink of the abyss once again. Just as in the years before W W II, we are faced with the prospect of WAR; not just a war "over there", nor just isolated attacks here and there, but TOTAL WAR for the GLOBE. The failure of governments, the world over, to care for their populations, has resulted in ideal opportunities for extremist conversions, just like in Post World War I Germany, and for extreme military posturing, like in paranoid Pre-World War II Japan. What goes around comes around again. The job left half done, later demands it all!
Now the threats come from two primary vectors: Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia (and the rest of the Arab speaking world) with the Global War On Terror, but also importantly, and much more subtly: CHINA (and it's satellites: Nuclear North Korea and Soon To Be Nuclear Iran - for that is exactly what they are - does anyone really believe China would suffer a nuclear North Korea, unless it controlled it?). With our responses in Afghanistan and Iraq, the most immediate threats from the Arab world have been neutralized for the moment. That is not to say that new theaters of war will not be opened. But it does appear that the U.S. has pushed the reset button on the development of a unified Muslim Super-State, with Saudi Arabia or Iran as its core. That Super-State, with its likely extreme fundamentalist government, would have been a major force for evil in our modern world. Thus by keeping the independent states of the Muslim Belt separate, the U.S. can keep stable entities, allowing correct focus on Asia. That is not to say the War On Terror is over by far; we will likely be living with continued danger and attacks for many years to come, but at least the state sponsors of terror are fewer and more manageable. Afghanistan has brought significant improvements in our relationships with countries in Southern Asia, and has given us a base to help maintain stability in the region. Ironically, the Muslin extremists were a threat to Chine herself, as China hosts vast Muslin populations, though it always had the means and will to repress these uprisings. Ironically, our presence may have allowed for improved relationships between these countries and China, by stabilizing their governments, they make better business partners, and who better to partner with than your next door neighbor - China! The war in Iraq has also had a benefit in our relationship with China, though in the long run, it may have been hugely counter-productive. It has allowed China to see our modern war-fighting capability at work. But perhaps, this new war with terror will maintain our conventional forces at sufficiently high levels, to prevent China from seeing us as an easy target, as it did under the Clinton Presidency. But with every passing year, China grows stronger, more modern, and more capable. Even now, Europe talks of lifting weapons sales bans on exports to China! Additionally, our government has been trying to stabilize our own backdoor. Mexico, continues to be a great strategic threat - huge poverty makes that population prone to manipulation, as has been the case with the drug lords' very successful operations in Mexico. Make no mistake, if the democratic government of Mexico falls to an extreme group hostile to the United States, we will have no choice but to occupy Mexico! China knows this all to well, and continues to stir the pot south of our border. We are also striving to stabilize Central America, through the new Central American Common Market, and U.S Military bases in Panama and Honduras - this should help keep these counties tied to our prosperity. Unfortunately, two South American countries are not so stable, and direct US intervention may be required within 5 years - these being Columbia and Venezuela. Both are being toyed with by the Chinese, through proxies. These last two are potentially explosive, and could require a million man force to subdue through open warfare if their governments fall to narco-guerillas (in the case of Colombia), or continue in the hands of fascists (in the case of Venezuela). All of which, helps keep us busy, drains our resources, all the while the Chinese expand and equip. As we have seen in recent days, though, the first real conflict is approaching fast, as a result of Korea, and Taiwan. After fifty years of supporting Taiwan, the test of our resolve is near at hand. Frankly, if the Chinese decide to take the small island, there is nothing we can do to save it - yet our position is confrontational. Is this just drawing a line in the sand, or is there a deeper strategy here. Clearly, we can not succeed at appeasement, yet we do not have the force to save Taiwan. This then raises other questions, when China moves, what can we save? South Korea? Japan? Southeast Asia? Australia? In reality, everything depends on Taiwan, for it will be the first battle, and all that follows will be based upon it's outcome. Clearly North Korea is the opening dance of this new conflict. What can we do now that North Korea is nuclear? Why would China allow this? The answer is simple: distraction. Just as in World War II, Hitler used Spain and its Civil War as both a test bed and a distraction - to keep attention off of itself. So too, is China keeping the focus on North Korea while it prepares. When the real crisis comes, China will sweep away the North Korean government and army, and take all of the Korean Peninsula, and in the process, also Taiwan. Let us hope that our leadership continues to be one of strength, for this is what is respected the world over. Liberal views and approaches have failed. Once much of China was under our administration, but then as later, instead of establishing a free and democratic environment for her people, our elite felt it was too hard and too much effort to finish the job. SO we left, and allowed our work to have been for nothing. Worse, we paved the way for later thugs like Mao Se Tung. What will it be this time? Time and our determination will tell!
It will be the goal of this website to present the fact and analysis of the coming conflict for your use. This is real! This is
serious! Regardless of how you feel, you owe it to our country and our children to learn the nature of our enemies, and the REAL threat we now face! Or it will be our sons AND daughters dying in American streets holding the line on an advancing Chinese occupation force in your home town! Think about what that will do to your property values and your social life!
That choice is our own! The future is our children's! Do all you can NOW! I welcome your comments
