Patrick always claimed to have had an involvement in Law Enforcement of some kind.  While his details were few and far between, there were times where he was "on assignment" during his career with no obvious product.  Also in later years, he authored a book about "Special Services", but shelved the idea 3/4 of the way through due to "unspecified" confidentiality issues.  Did Patrick McGuinness have anything to do with the U.S. Government?  Did he ever work with Government Agencies?  Was he the model for this action figure?  Unfortunately, more questions than answers.  However at age 40, he looked just like the Action Figure version!  You be the judge!
